His work spans clinical practice, community mental health, rights-based interventions, and institutional wellbeing initiatives. He holds an M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, India. Mr. Nath has worked across diverse mental health organizations and establishments, contributing to initiatives in social action, community development, and public health, including participation in WHO-related projects. His professional experience includes work at Cadabams Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Bengaluru, where he supported individuals with severe mental illness, high-risk behaviours, psychological distress, and crisis situations. He has also been associated with leading national and international institutions through internships and collaborations, including the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru. Additionally, he has served as Visiting Faculty at S-VYASA University, contributing to the training of healthcare and allied health professionals. Phil training, Ms. Yasmin gained valuable experience in various specialties, including Adult and Child Psychiatry, Palliative Care, Liaison Psychiatry, Community Psychiatry, and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Care. In her previous roles as BSW &amp; MSW trainee, Ms. Yasmin collaborated with Assam Police and a palliative trust to provide counselling services to cancer patients and their families. She also contributed to a COVID-19 project, offering tele-counselling services to positive cases. She has experience of working for well-being of children with disabilities. In her Career trajectory ,she has provided counselling to HIV\/AIDS patients and their families. She has experience in community mental health training programs and in psychosocial management of substance use disorders.
