DESCRIPTION:Greetings from the IISc Wellness Centre!\n \nWe are continuing our series of panel discussions aimed at understanding and creating awareness on mental health issues.  \n\nThis week, on 17th November at 4 pm, we are having a panel discussion on Depression, titled “Understanding blues”. We will have a brief presentation on the topic by following a renowned expert in the area: \n \nProf R Raguram, Senior Psychiatrist.\n \nDr R. Raguram was a professor of psychiatry at NIMHANS for over three decades, set up a postgraduate program in UAE and later joined KIMS in 2006.  He is a well-known teacher and researcher in the field of psychiatry. He was invited by the Government of UAE to initiate a postgraduate residency program in the country for the first time; he is also an invited member in the board of governors of the World Association of Cultural Psychiatry. \n \nLink to the event:
