\nHello everyone!  Greetings from the IISc Wellness Centre.

\nDid you return to the institute and resume your work? Or are you struggling to get back to work after months of sabbatical? Are you at home, enjoying with old friends? Or are you unable to wait for returning to campus? Did the lockdown give you time to unwind and relax? Or did you feel isolated and further stresssed? Here is a chance to clarify your doubts or concerns or ask just any question about your mental health.

\nWe are pleased to organize the 2nd session of ‘Ask The Experts‘. The session will have consulting psychiatrists as our panellists who are also a part of the Wellness Center Committee.

\nDate and time: 26th September, Saturday, 4:00 p.m.

\nAbout the event: 
\nJust ask whatever you want for your mental well-being. Whatever small/big thing disturbs you or keeps you stressed and anxious or sometimes down the line, you are unable to choose between right or wrong, simply ask to seek help from the experts. Expert says as much as we speak and discuss mental health, more and more issues will be resolved,
