\nHello everyone!  Greetings from the IISc Wellness Centre.

\nWe are pleased to organize the 3rd session of Ask the experts. Feel free to ask whatever you have in mind about mental well-being. To keep the event more approachable, we are renaming the event to “Something on my mind“. The event will have consulting psychiatrists as our panellists, who are also a part of the Wellness Centre Committee.

\nDate and time: 31st October, Saturday, 4:00 p.m.

\nAbout the event: 
\nJust ask whatever you want for your mental well-being. Whatever small or big thing that disturbs you, or something that keeps you stressed and anxious at present or worried about the future, simply ask to seek help from the experts. Experts say that the more we speak and discuss mental health, the more issues will be resolved.
\n
\nThe panellists include:

\nThere will also be a chance to ask questions directly to the experts during the event. We will try to cover as many as queries possible within the time available.

\n“Something on my mind” will be a monthly event, on the last Saturday of every month. Questions not covered in a particular session will be taken up in the subsequent sessions.
